OUR commitment to customers

Our mission is to help our customers make the most of operations improvement methodologies to achieve growth and profitability. We design and implement a full suite of operations infrastructure solutions using four general phases:

  1. We ASSESS the business reasons for the initiation of an operations improvement project. We define time-specific and measurable goals with objectives for the effort in a charter that is normally sponsored by an executive team member of our customer. The charter also provides the guidance to enlist the engagement of  all stakeholders and secure the support of critical managers and key staff.
  2. We PLAN the improvement project by selecting from the insights of the people who work in the targeted processes. The detailed work plans are developed to leverage the set priorities of the improvement initiatives while aligning with the organization's short and long term plans.
  3. We IMPLEMENT the improvements in incremental PDSA (Plan|Do|Study|Act) cycles, first in a pilot environment, then spread the solution to the units needing it. The iterative nature of the PDSA cycles are the learning opportunities for the process owners to validate and perfect the sought changes before final deployment.
  4. To SUSTAIN the improvements the organization's team consolidates its acquired knowledge through a facilitated "lessons-learned" exercise. The ensuing cumulated knowledge and proposals for the future initiatives will assist the organization in implementing subsequent and continuous improvements more effectively and efficiently.
